Ministry Assistant & CMAllianceU Registrar
Linda Adametz is a long-time resident of Colorado Springs, but is originally from New Jersey. After business school, she worked as a legal assistant in law offices both in New Jersey and Colorado. She has served as ministry assistant and the registrar in the Ministry Studies office for 22 years.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys birdwatching, reading, and needlecrafts, as well as involvement in teaching and prayer ministries at her church. She also enjoys drinking chai tea and petting every doggie she sees, especially several Golden Retrievers she knows and interacts with regularly!
Pamela Cubas

Pamela Cubas is an active duty Air Force wife of 18 years and mother to three awesome teenagers: Tori (16), Nic (15), and Maddie (13). Although she is new to Colorado, she is not unaccustomed to moving around. Colorado Springs is her family’s 8th move in 16 years of military service. They have lived in MO, VA, OK (x2), FL, S. Korea, and AR. She has her Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy and currently working on her Ph.D. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. She loves to play pretty much any sport that involves a ball and even played soccer for Teams USA.

Dr. Gary Wozniak and his wife Sheryl (a licensed practical nurse - LPN) live on the southside of Waconia, Minnesota in a section of houses known as the old new Waconia. As extreme dog lovers, they have raised two dogs on their property a very large golden retriever named "Shadow " (1995-2009) and "Deacon" a pembrooke welsh corgi (2009). Gary has served in ministry for 32 years as a youth pastor, college professor, and now as an online course developer and assignment evaluator in the Ministry Study Program (MSP) Gary graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2004 with an Ed.D. In Adult Education with an emphasis in online learning. In his spare time, he likes to garden and make fresh Polish sausage.

Passionate about children’s ministries, Melissa J. MacDonald is a published author, in demand speaker, and a children’s ministry innovator. As the national Children’s Disciplemaking Ministries Consultant for the C&MA, Melissa spends her time training, coaching, speaking, equipping, and consulting with churches and districts both in the US and abroad. Don Shepson
Don is a professor of Bible and Youth & Family Ministry at Montreat College (Montreat, NC). He also serves as the Assistant Dean of the CDLC and has worked at a number of CMA ministries: Program Director (Alliance Redwoods Conference Grounds, Occidental, CA), Camp Director (Lake Swan Camp, Melrose, FL), Associate Pastor to Youth and Families (First Alliance Church, Fort Myers, FL), and Associate Professor of Youth and Family (Toccoa Falls College, Toccoa, GA). Don has enjoyed participating in the development of the CDLC and believes this is an important program to strengthen the lives of faith in our church’s children.

Erin Garrido began working for the C&MA National Office as Melissa's assistant in October 2015. She comes from a background in holistic community development and ministry. She has served in both West and East Africa. She currently is involved in serving at a local church plant. She loves children and has a passion to see people pursue Jesus. She is excited to be part of Children's Disciplemaking. /p>

Rev. Wetzel most recently served as vice president for Church Ministries of the Alliance, after having been the assistant vice president for Pastoral Development and Administration. After fifteen years of C&MA ministry with Native Americans in Minnesota and the Dakotas, Dan and his wife, Iris, pastored Alliance churches in Glendive, Montana, and Evanston, Wyoming. In 1996 he was elected district superintendent for the Southwestern District. The Wetzels served for eleven years in that ministry before making the move to the National Office of the C&MA in Colorado Springs in May 2006.

Bill currently serves the Alliance as Assistant to the District Superintendent of the South Atlantic District. Before coming to the district office in 2016, Bill had “two “careers:” he worked for about 15 years as a subcontractor before pastoring Crossview Alliance Church in Fayetteville, NC, for 13 years. Along the way, he has also taught online classes for a couple universities, and his diverse experiences bring unique insights to the courses he Evaluates.

Chris and his wife, Marcia, have recently stepped into retirement after serving in ministry with the Alliance since 1975. The Brauns live next door to their son’s family in Redding, California, enjoying their lives as grandparents and ministering in a variety of ways as “elders at the gate”. They also take great pride in cheering their daughter on as she completes her Ph.D. in Oxford, England.
