Our trained and certified MSP Evaluators review, evaluate, and assign grades for your projects. They serve as your “first-stop” for advice and guidance for requirements, policies, and next -steps. When necessary, they work with you to set-up a plan for completing unfinished work or for resubmitting unacceptable work. And, they provide us with continual suggestions for course improvements and textbook changes.

Rev. Bill Paul
Bill comes from a missionary family. His grandparents, parents, his brother and his sister, have all served on the mission field. He began in the ministry in 1959 and served as a pastor in the U.S. and a missionary in Latin America, where he became involved in leadership training.
For the last eleven years of his active ministry, Bill served at the National Office of the C&MA. Bill, retired and a widower, now lives with his daughter and two grandsons.
He loves to do puzzles, especially crossword and jigsaw puzzles. He also plays trombone in a concert band.
Dr. Gary Wozniak
Dr. Gary Wozniak and his wife Sheryl (a licensed practical nurse LPN) live on the southside of Waconia, Minnesota in a section of houses known as the old new Waconia. As extreme dog lovers, they have raised two dogs on their property a very large golden retriever named "Shadow " (1995-2009) and "Deacon" a pembrooke welsh corgi (2009).
Gary has been in ministry for 32 years as a youth pastor, college professor, and now as an online course developer and assignment evaluator in the Ministry Study Program (MSP) Gary graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2004 with an Ed.D. In Adult Education with an emphasis in online learning.
In his spare time he likes to garden and make fresh Polish sausage.
